Why do some websites show Not Secure in Chrome?

i just started noticing that some websites do not show as secured.

Is there a setting I am not using in Merlin (384.7)?

My LAN (DHCP Server tab) & WAN DNS settings are also attached.

Do you use any antivirus scanner witch scans https?

This has nothing to do with the router or firmware. If anything its your browser.

Chrome started showing http:// addresses as not secure.

This is because Chrome now marks all unencrypted websites as explicitly 'not secure'. Most of it will be visible to all HTTP sites, which will now display a “Not Secure” image in the address bar, because it isn’t encrypted, which means that any data shared between you and a website isn’t scrambled.

I had just reinstalled the full w/pixelserv after making changes on my network IP addressing.

I had forgotten that was into deployment by Google.
Though my Chrome Browser is v69.### not 70 as mentioned in the article.

I'll turn on my virus scan to do websites & wait for everyone to get back on the updated certificates.
