last line : 00m 6. white_on_black, no theme colors
after this nothing works, it freezes. round circle keeps spinning on screen. windows mouse arrow goes away only circle stays on the screen. it was terminating the screen but I increased the session time but nothing works.

You can manually up and down that virtual IP with:

ifconfig br0:pixelserv <pixelserv-tls IP> up
or to down it:
ifconfig br0:pixelserv <pixelserv-tls IP> down

Yes, certainly, that works well. I've never noticed that the server is down when pixelserv is running - I get a valid ping response but AB-Solution script seems to hang anyhow. If there's anything else I can tell you so that it becomes clear why those hangs, let me know. (Another thing I've mentioned before, I'm frequently able to break a hang by killing a wget.) Been pouring over this AB-S thread as well as the pixelserve one..couldn't really find the resolution for my upgrade question:

Whenever I update and upgrade the pixelserve-tls Entware package through the AB-S menu I see the main menu showing my PS version staying at v35.HZ12.Kk. Browsing the PS thread I see the latest version being 2.0.1 (as of today). Do I have to upgrade PS manually to have the latest version..and if I do, will the new version integrate into AB-S as seamlessly as it does now?

Just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something..

Use a dedicated SSH client, not the one built into WinSCP:

Works mostly OK here, both http and https but with the https being slower to resolve/load.

I have reverted malwaredomainlist.com back to http, no version change.
Use 33 to re-download ab-solution.sh, then enter b and re-select your blocking file type.
Next update will use the http protocol.

I already have AB-Solution installed in my Asus A68U and have the blocking file, '3 - shooter40sw'. However, when i watch Youtube in my Apple TV i always get the pre-roll ad. I would really appreciate if anyone can help in finding a way to block this ad(if possible).

Note: I have a Fire TV and Roku TV as well in which i do not have this problem.

How my iPhone Tubex app is able to video ads on YouTube? Not a single ad via this app. Looks like Apple removed that app from App Store.

Another App is so good on blocking YouTube ads is YouTube++ via TweakBox. Native YouTube App wouldn’t be able to block the ads.

@crazyontech & @Sunny786 Apps can directly act on the stream or have other mechanisms to suppress or remove ads.
AB-Solution is incabable of doing that, acting on another device and not seeing any of the content or stream at all.

Ab solution has been a God send since I installed it! I love it! Recently, I upgraded to a Netgear orbi network. I have them connected to my Asus ac3200 as an access Point and disabled the radios on the Asus router. Since Asus is acting as a switch and the orbis as a wireless extender, any device that connects should be going through the Asus router and then my cable modem with ab solution blocking ads. This happened for about a day or two and now all the ads are coming through. I tired following the log by filtering out a specific I'll and nothing populates. I am at a loss as to what exactly and how to troubleshoot this issue.

Anyone have any idea what may be going on??

All domains in the blocking_file and the blacklist.txt are blocked.
To see that in action, use f option 1 while browsing. Lines marked in red are blocked.

The Orbi may use it's own DNS resolving and bypass the the built in Dnsmasq on your Asus router. Make sure your Orbi network uses the Asus router as the DNS server.

how can I reset shell history? is it enough to delete ".ash_history" re-enable shell history? also it seems it's not working, is there any tricks to follow to fix this?
