I would flash the non-ROG version and reset the router after.

Thanks.
So I'll have to stick with it.
Don't want to reconfigure everything again :)
Dirty Flashed from rog to RMerlin, during testing, and I don't think (?) I needed to redo any settings. Yet, I may be inkorrekt. Just remember to clear browser cache, after the fw change.

I'll make a backup and then I'll test.
The display of the menus is the same? Only the color changes?

I don't remember the specifics, but vpn fusion is rog only.
Not many Forum Members citing their praises of the rog fw.

Simpler and perhaps more user friendly option. Good enough for average Asus router users.
Which one? Fusion is simpler? Or director?

Even though one is simpler than the other, they both have the same functionalities and serve the same purpose?
