I rebooted the router once after updating the amtm and disk check script to see how it works. I cannot reboot again right now because I have some essential online activity going on in the background.

With dc I only have option to remove Disk check script. No way to open Disk check options like in the capture of yours? Why is that?

The dc options have been removed. The disk-check script is auto-updated whenever one updates amtm and there's a new version.
The disk-check script is embedded in amtm and not available as separate file.

From the contents of my amtm-disk-check.log I can see that the new disk check script is not used because of firmware ( RT-AC68U (armv7l) FW-384.10)? Do I have to update fw to 384.11 alpha to get the new script in action?

Yes, or you can wait until the stable 384.11 is released.

For my iDevices I use 1Blocker X. For my PC Browser (Chrome) I only use ublock Origin.

I do have my AX88 set with an OpenVPN server. But again, if I just want to ‘nip online’ to check something, I don’t bother to use the VPN.

The second parameter passed along for the pre-mount script is the filesystem type.
First parameter ($1) being the device, second ($2) the filesystem. This only works for firmware versions 384.11 or V39E1 (John's LTS fork) or higher.

I created a second swapfile in a differnt location other than on my primary USB stick. Not sure why I did this - it was not my intention at the time - so I have actually created 2 swap files 1GB and 2 GB - 3 in total. AMTM recognises both swap files - however when i try and delete one of them ( it cant recognise which one I wish to delete ) it actually deletes neither when executed. I guess this scenario is not captured by your recent changes to the script.

This update fixes that. amtm either shows a warning message that multiple swap files were found, or the one currently in use is shown. Either way, enter sw and delete one by one until none is left. Then create a new file with sw.

Just a note that for initial installations of amtm, line 1637 writes an error when post-mount doesn't yet exist. Also noticed it in someone else's screenshot earlier.

I’m not sorry to see the pixelserv-tls beta option disappear. And whilst I do have it installed, I have no explicit use for Entware, so am I right to uninstall pixelserv-tis beta and then force a reinstall of Diversion to reinstate pixelserv-tls?

Diversion requires Entware. Why not use ps to remove the beta? It does it all in one go.
