Hi Merlin how are you?

First of all thanks for the nice update and your hard work

I heard you say that Asus is about to release a new FW to RTAC-68U (one more heheheh)

This one that will be release will bring us some update that worth the wait or you suggest to install this new build that you just released?

I love your Fw`s just asked because i really don`t know what can have in the next asus changelog

Thanks man

It's the exact same wireless driver in both releases.

Interesting. Thanks for the insight. :) Perhaps I'll try it again and see if I replicate. Tried on two different wireless end points. Both iOS and Android had same results.

I just upgraded to 374.41 beta1 on RT-N66W and am still getting the overflow messages on my Main_LogStatus_Content.asp page. I am on Comcast with an SB6141 modem (HW v7) connected through IPV6 with firmware SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.10-SCM00-NOSH, boot version PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3. I am bonded on 8 channels.
I did not factory reset the router after the upgrade from 374.40 final.

Didn't solve the problem for me either, still seeing the neighbor table overflow errors when using Comcast's ipv6

Same exact modem setup as rodriguezd but using a RT-AC66R here. I am on Comcast with an SB6141 modem (HW v7) connected through IPV6 with firmware SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.10-SCM00-NOSH, boot version PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12.18m3. I am bonded on 8 channels as well. Still receiving the neighbor table overflow messages in the log - see small subset of total below.

Interesting AC-68U and not one overflow yet. Uptime only 4 hours 20 min. I will know for sure in the morning. BTW: I was getting 1000's of these before the upgrade tonight.

This is bad... Without the cmd router option Astrill's applet will not work ... I'll have to go back down to 40 alpha 4 until the cmd prompt gets fixed. Is it possible to get a version with the cmd to overclock and allow astrill vpn router support?

Little weird thing happened. Updated my N66U from 374_40 to 41 beta and when I uploaded the firmware to the N66U I got a message at the end that the router needed to be rebooted. When I rebooted I was greeted with the initial install screen. The configuration had been deleted. No I did not mark it to clear nvram on update.
No biggie as I do not have a lot of customization done, just wireless access. Everything else is defaults.

Have you contacted Astrill? Are they aware of the problem?

Why can't you run those commands via Telnet or SSH?

When installing the applet the it is all automated, including the commands that are run.

'Run CMD' is nothing but a web interface to run a command you'd otherwise issue via SSH.

Execute the Astrill bootloader command via Telnet or SSH to check.

Neighbours are still overflowing here, too.
Code:
Apr 13 17:19:53 kernel: printk: 164 messages suppressed.
Apr 13 17:19:53 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
Apr 13 17:19:53 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.

Apr 13 17:20:42 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
Apr 13 17:20:42 kernel: Neighbour table overflow.
etc.

What did work here previously was
Code:
ip6tables -A PREROUTING -t mangle -p icmpv6 --icmpv6-type neighbour-solicitation -i eth0 -d ff02::1:ff00:0/104 -j DROP
I shall reinstall that and see if it still works.

It's no way to type in the command you just hit install and it does the rest

I didn't say that. I'm not aware of the current release schedule for the next firmware.

Maybe the ip6tables rules I'm using don't work as expected on the older version of iptables used by MIPS-based devices. Waiting for the result of the ip6tables dump from other users to be able to tell if the rules did get properly applied for them or not.

Why would the applet require a web page to run commands? If it's for installation purpose, then run them through SSH. I can't see anything that would only work through the webui's Run Cmd page.

That page has been removed for security purpose, therefore there's nothing for me to fix. It's not coming back.
