Just got a USB 3.0 128GB flash drive I'd like to attach to my AC56U. I have done a lot of Googling on the best format to use, EXT3 or EXT4 or NTFS. Seems like there is conflicting advise on which is fastest and/or most reliable. What do most people here use?

There is no conflict!! it depends, if you are planing to leave the HD attached to the router all the time and you are not planing to update router for 1 or 2 years go with Ext4, because only the Rt-ac56u and Rt-ac68u support ext4. if you are going to use that hard drive in windows computers then use NTFS. and if you are going to use that hard drive in other routers but you will never use windows, go with ext3.

Thanks! I plan to keep the drive connected to the router at all times and store my iTunes library on it.
