With that being said, is the traffic actually still being managed/queued by FlexQos, but not being represented?
I just switched from my old and trusty RT-AC68P to the RT-AX86U.
FlexQoS is only working properly for me if I disable Flow Cache manually
To do so I added the command

With Flow Cache enabled the router does not properly categorize and limit traffic - it almost behaves as if adaptive QoS is not turned on.
With Flow Cache disabled everything seems to work like on my RT-AC68P - including additional IP Table Entries (lowering priority for my backblaze online backups)...
