i have an ax3000 on 384.19_0 with diversion and flexQoS installed with 200mbs Down and 10 up.

i have about 10 devices that get connected at the SAME time every morning for either zoom, webex, xbox and netflix boxes.

what is the best way to set the allowed down/up bandwidths for EACH device?

It is more likely you have 200 Mb down and 10 Mb up.
Use Adaptive QOS, Manual settings with the Down and Up values set to 90-95% of tested speeds. Set the mode to whatever is most important for you or customize. That's it!

Several people have reported issues with Adaptive QoS not limiting on the AX58U/3000U with 384 firmware. You may be better off for now with CakeQoS until 386.1 is released.

Thanks, fixed the typo—the values are set to 90%

Does that apply to flexqos too? Or just stock qos?

Use CakeQoS. I tried Flex on my Rt-AX3000 and it didn't work properly.

Cake working like a charm.
