RT-AC5300 (with Merlin 384.6) and NordVPN configuration

Has anyone been able to configure their RT-AC5300 with Merlin 384.6 to work with NordVPN? If so, are you happy with the speeds you are getting? Would you be willing to share your configuration setup?

I am not getting the speeds I am looking for despite tweaking the settings based on what NordVPN recommends on their website and form what has been discussed in forums.

Appreciate any advice.

I have AC68U using Merlin 384.6 and followed this:

It is based on 380.X but was valid for me.

Thank you. I looked at this guide and others but wasn't successful. As mentioned by others NordVPN still has maintains a configuration based on 380..x FW. Went back to my GT-AC5300 and started getting full ISP speeds while on VPN. Not sure where the issues were but tried a variety of tweaks based on what others have mentioned in various threads but they didn't work. I wish there was a Merlin FW for this router but I realize that this will not be a reality anytime soon or ever.

Following up this again. Was curious if anyone is currently using Merlin and NordVPN in their RT-AC5300 and has experiencing good speeds at this time. If yes, would you be willing to share your OpenVPN screens?

My ISP speeds are 100mB DL and 15 UP but everytime I used NordVPN I only get 28 DL and 10 UP speeds. I have researched all the servers that are closest to me and offer very good speeds (when I use VPN in my phone app) but have not been very successful at getting these speeds on my router. I have tried all cipher and LTZ combinations but still experience the same low speeds.
