To run this command
nvram set wl0_band=2
nvram set wl1_band=1
nvram commit

over SSH,I used Putty for windows

After entering each command, how do I know this has worked? The router did not factory reset when I loaded back up my GUI of it. Is that normal?

over SSH, can someone explain how to do this on a windows machine?

Do I just download Putty for windows, connect to 192.168.1.1 , and run it?
