New Around Here
Skynet statistics page is intermittent and sometime just missing. I have tried just about everything and sometimes get it back just to disappear in a few hours. Skynet appears to be very buggy and unstable. Verified log levels are correct and all firewall debug info passes. Log location also appears to be correct. When i try to update stats it just stops at complete and never finishes and i have to refresh the page to get out of the loop. the page say the following, see below.

Skynet Statistics

Monitoring From - N/A

Log Size - N/A

UPDATE 6-3-24
Intermittent loss of Skynet statistics page persist then randomly comes back then gone again. Any ideas I'm stumped!

Do you have a private IP? Is your usb device reliable? Have you tried to ping a known blocked IP and see if it generates log entries in the syslog followed by Skynets log file?

Yes I do have a private IP but don't we all, if I'm behind a router? Not sure I understand what you asking? Yes I can confirm the USB is good and working but for the heck of it I tried a new with the same results. Firewall is definitely working it blocks when i ping a bad IP's As for the log file it must because I see the activity in the system log files but they are not always there (random) I can check the skynet UI and all is well several times then out of the blue its gone and returns in a few hours then working for 1 an hour or even a day or two then gone again.

Ive done a factory restore on the router and reinstall skynet with the same results. I have my router auto reboot twice during the night when the network is not busy, would that have something to do with it? could it be clearing the logs?

Thanks

If you run the command;

firewall debug info

Is your IP address highlighted in red?

Afterwards you can run the following to see if stats work in the SSH GUI.

firewall stats

No red, all green and passed. The stats are visible when accessing via SSH although many of the entries say error code (over_query_Limit) my guess is that's probably normal. I also tried 3 different browsers to rule out any bad behavior from the browser itself.
