That's correct. If you experience any weirdness do a factory reset.Am i correct there should be no need for a factory reset going from 382.2 A2 8276 to 382.2 A2 3266
Did you reboot after putting on Auto? With no Qos,try to put it on Auto, Apply and reboot. Work for me.i have qos off, but when i put NAT Acceleration to auto it stays disabled
Can't have qos and ctf at the same time. Sorry.Did you reboot after putting on Auto? With no Qos,try to put it on Auto, Apply and reboot. Work for me.
Disable QOS then enable CTF if you want hardware acceleration.
Under the LAN tab then choose Switch Control.Where I can set HW acceleration on RT-AC86U? In which page/tab I mean
Hardware Acceleration is not used very often. It is often in conflict with your settings. If you have a lot of Lan Ethernet devices maybe you want to look at it but if not leave it off.Under the LAN tab then choose Switch Control.
Do a factory reset or re-flash or both.So the “One CPU at 100%” bug I’ve been having is due to the “process” below, found by using the “top” command in SSH. Make sense to anyone else? AC3100, latest 382 alpha, all AI protection on, absolution and transmission installed.
User:nobody
Stat:R
Command: usr/sbin/portmap
Under the LAN tab then choose Switch Control.
Flashed RT-AC68U to 382.2_alpha2, my observation is internet seems very responsive, pages are snapping up.
One item I would like to report is that Media Server indicates is always 'scanning...', I do not believe is it scanning because CPU usage & memory usage does not seem to support activity of that nature. I have also streamed a movie while router was reporting scanning and my minidlna index file seems fine.
Yours should sort of look like this.Is it possible that I don't have this in Switch control if I enable the Adaptive QOS?
when applying after selecting auto the unit reboots. and yes i have qos off.Did you reboot after putting on Auto? With no Qos,try to put it on Auto, Apply and reboot. Work for me.
