Smooth upgrade for both (AC86/AC88).
Survived online classes (gaming) from teens and all the other network abuses The Family seems to accomplish daily.
Still experiencing the same Very Senior Member issues:
-Downloading wrong fw, due to small print or wishful thinking.
-failing to safely remove usb before fw upgrade.
although, I haven't experienced any negative issues from not removing usb.
No idea. Mine works fine. In fact, I rebooted it via this browser button right after dirty flashing this firmware. Everything seems fine so far (8hrs+).The "REBOOT" tab has no effect on my GT-AX11000, the router doesn't reboot when it is pressed.
The only way to reboot the router is to use the power button or reboot via the android ASUS router app.
Any ideas anyone?
Ctrl-F5
Perhaps he should have his Very Senior Status revoked to Senior Status in view of these atrocities. Is it time to pass the "Upgrade Torch" to a junior member of the family?

That and reflashing over.Maybe my tale will help someone. I know I got the idea reboots can cure issues from reading others' posts here.
Nope. Still get the same “tainted” error messages. Is the pixelserv-tls bug from 386.4 fixed ?
Where we had to either uninstall pixelserv-tls or disable Trend AI Protection as a workaround.
Just upgraded today my AX88U to 386.5, the issue is still there, log full of crashes, its not just pixelserv-tls, I use Entware for Transmission, quite disappointing. Is the pixelserv-tls bug from 386.4 fixed ?
