Sorry I don't understand that question.
I have an actual asus RT-ac68u running latest Merlin firmware.
Diversion I've had a for a while but never played beyond the 'default' pixelserv-tls, saw the mention of updating for IOS13 so thought I'd do it but it fails to update as mentioned.
Can you try downloading the ipk from my Github, transferring to the router and install directly with opkg install package.ipk?

Actually purchased and labeled as an RT-AC68, not a converted TM-AC1900. The latter is not supported and not guaranteed to work.

I can't seem to update the pixelserv-tls software to Jack Yaz's version.

Have Diversion 4.1.4 running on Firmware 384.13 on a AC68U
On the front page of Diversion it reports pixelserv-tls 192.168.1.2 likely v.Kk
Option ep > 6 >3 > 3 > 1
Says downloading, download successful then briefly something else which I guess is installing then back to the Diversion front screen and "Done Failed to update pixelserv-tls"

Any ideas or log to look at?
Try to update and upgrade Entware packages in ep, 6 first.

Try updating entware packages through diversion in that case

If I perform an update installed packages or update and upgrade installed packages I get

Try opkg install openssl

Can you try:

Code:
opkg update

And then:

Code:
opkg upgrade

Openssl is a library file, try
Code:
opkg install libopenssl
This is what I have installed.
Code:
libopenssl - 1.1.1b-5

@RT-AC68U-1DA8:/tmp/home/root# opkg update

Try this and let us know the result, please.
Code:

libopenssl - 1.1.1b-5

@RT-AC68U-1DA8:/tmp/home/root# opkg list-installed | grep openssl
libopenssl - 1.1.1b-5
That is the newest and current, the same one I have with pixelserv-tls - 2.3.0-1

Try this:
Code:
opkg install pixelserv-tls --force-reinstall

Then in Diversion ep then "4. Restart pixelserv-tls"

Sorry I'm not having much luck here :(

I'm out of ideas, too, sorry. I've searched back in the thread, I remember this happening to others before. Someone will come back with a solution, maybe even the @thelonelycoder himself. ;)
Hang in there, I know this will get solved.

So after this I went back into diversion did a few things trying to install etc.

I now no longer get when running Diversion
pixelserv-tls: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If I set pixelserv-tls to be disabled I see in Diversion
ep pixelserv-tls 192.168.1.2 v2.3.0

If I set pixelserv-tls to be enabled I see in Diversion (this is after it fails to start)
ep pixelserv-tls 192.168.1.2 (not running)
