edit: heres the syslog
There's several errors related to running Transmission....for some people it works, others not. Try turning that off and see if things improve.
Also, I believe Transmission 2.84 is available via Entware....you may want to try updating if running without it enabled stabilizes things.
You never installed Entware/Optware? I'm definitely not an expert on Transmission, but it may also be installed as part of Download Master.strange... I didn't even know transmission was a possibility, and Im 99.9% certain ive never turned it on. Can you point me towards the setting for that, im not seeing it...
edit; OK I've been through every setting, and I dont see it, and I know I've never installed transmission on this hardware.
Hi, just wanted to ask if SNMP is included in the AC68U build?
Tried to search the forum and found that the "original" build seems to include this.

Ive had to manually reboot the router about once a day for past two builds because of losing internet access. V11 would last for weeks, but these past two havent so much. No special vpn or anything like that being used, only have a usb drive attached.

You are cycling trying to set up your IPv6 connection.Maybe someone can check my log file? (MACs have been removed) RT N66U losing connection to internet and or to wifi in general. After reboot everything is fine for a while.
The jffs space on MIPS routers is shared with the code (uses whatever space is left over after the code load). Hence, that nice yellow WARNING text on the upgrade page about backing up your jffs. You need to disable jffs, reboot, and then re-enable and format, then restore your backup. After a firmware update, content in /jiffs are gone.
I tried to add back user scripts manually, but system returned "read-only file system".
Ok John- I have another idea for the firmware. I have been using the custom configuration area to type in some openvpn settings. The problem is, the cursor is pretty much impossible to see (ok, maybe an overstatement there). It may be my browser or something, but if the visibility of the cursor is low for a lot of users maybe it would be a good idea to make it more visible? Maybe thicken it by a few pixels?
This one I agree with.....now to start doing some searches to try and learn if its possible (and how to do it..my html is self-taught )Ok John- I have another idea for the firmware. I think it's just the Windows default. This one I agree with.....now to start doing some searches to try and learn if its possible (and how to do it..my html is self-taught )
Well, of course RMerlin is right again In this context, it's not referred to as the cursor, but as the 'caret'...and you basically have no control over it (you can play some games with the background color to try and change the caret color, but that's about it).The browser draws the cursor, not the firmware...
Colin - nice find....I've made use of some of the Accessibility options before, but missed this one. I've been resetting my systems to a 2 pixel width. You can change the system-wide setting from Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier to use > Set the thickness of the blinking cursor. That's for Windows 7,
@john9527 Don't know if you got my PM but I would like to thank you very much for fixing IPV6. Didn't even realise you did it until I checked the thread again. Great job!
