So maybe not on the N66U? I'm good either way, just curious. (This may explain why I can't find it! :) )

Correct not on the N66U

Not sure what it was. I downloaded from your site and it did not work for the rt-ac87u. So I compiled it from your git, it worked. I must have gotten a "bruised" file?
Probably, or could be that some processes went wrong doing flashing.

No, not in N66U. The ones they put AiProtection in all have dual core CPU at 800MHz++ each(the engine probably requires some processing power). I think because N66U has a single 600MHz-core, Asus/TM do not put AiProtection in it.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I cross check with the official firmware, it works...
...
The stock firmware version is 3.0.0.4.380_3941-g27d8adf

For my AC88U WIFI radio temperature issue, here's the summary:

By running the command '# wl -i eth1 phy_tempsense'

Under ASUS stock firmware version 3.0.0.4.380_3941-g27d8adf, it returns:
53 (0x35)

Under Merlin's firmware version 380.62_1 / 380.63 / 380.63_2, it returns:
wl: Unsupported

To me it is not that critical for not being able to see the temperature and the wireless function seems to be normal so far.
But as the Site Survey function is not working as well, I am just a bit worried about these 'something is wrong' behaviors.

So I'd like to seek how can I diagnose further to identify the root cause. Thanks a lot!

RT-AC68U ver 380.63_2
After the installation of the new software I made to the factory default settings on the router
Samsung tv with TIZEN cannot see hidden wireless network in the 5 GHz frequency
The tv network sees 380.59 version so it's not the fault of the tv
I went back to the old version 380.59-hidden network is visible on the tv

Does other devices see hidden network on 380.63_2? Have you tried changing channels? In case the TV only support specific ranges of frequency.

I saw the below in the syslog during a reboot. Anything to be concerned about? Don't reember seeing this before...

Monthly traffic monitor tells 'No data in table.'
Uptime is 4 days after update to 63_2.

AC66U.

Does it show current information, or I have to wait for a month to see montly stats?

I also have N16 on 378.50 and it shows monthly stats even with 14 days uptime (maybe even less but I haven't reboot it)

I'm sorry if this was asked before

Same here on Traffic Manager for monthly traffic, it also says no data in table. Not sure if we have to wait for a month.

from the readme: * RT-AC66U (HW revision A1/A2 only)
how can I check the router version?
My AC66U is running 380.61 at the moment.
Update without factory reset should be possible, right?

On mine, it has only gotten data when the month changed to the 1st and then it only had that month. For example, when it becomes December it will only show December, not November. I store Traffic Data in RAM so I hardly ever see anything here.

Does anyone know an SSH command limit bandwidth on guest network? I've been looking for a solution for this for months now and willing to donate $20 to whoever helps lol:(

If you mean router revision, it is on the back part of the router that also has serial number nearby. Yeap, there shouldn't be a problem.

I don't see anything at all. It has been up for 3++days, and the month has not yet shifted to December.

Colleagues, I recently wrote about periodic reboots the router. I found the cause.
Disable Notification to the post office on AiProtection page (see. Screenshot) and reboot stopped. The strange thing is that the alerts are configured in the spring and everything worked without problems and suddenly began two months ago that ... I noticed that for 10-15 seconds before the reboot, the record appears in the logs (see. Screenshot) of the sent message (and it normally comes in the mail!), and then reboot.
Of course I can live without notification of malicious IPs and websites, but ... There are some ideas how to fix this?

Have you checked to make sure you have enabled less secure apps in gmail?

I think you were saying the email is still coming through? However, it could be having a hard time negotiating with google/gmail.

What happens if you try a different email provider?

Changing channels nothing helped, the computer sees a hidden network but the tv does not. When you change the software on 380.59 tv also zobczył a hidden network. It certainly software problem router 380.63 _2.

Tried resetting the tv or tv network settings?

Okay, so I'll wait till December, 1st and see if something changes there

You can try official ASUSWRT. Just to check where this bug comes from.

I have also trouble with hidden network. My daughters Iphone looses connection everyday after updating to 380.63. On 380.62 it works fine.
Router AC-5300 and iPhone 5S
