I see these messages in the log over the last 2 days. You can see these associated with different MAC addresses of wireless clients on the network. Phones, IoT stuff, Laptops... Anyone found out what this is or the cause yet? Google finds a bunch of stuff on different routers doing this, but I have not found a fix yet. Whatever this is, I haven't noticed connectivity issue on any devices yet.

Several devices wifi cards are configured to sleep or go into low power modes, so I'm thinking that seeing these should not be a big deal? Does everyone else get these in their log every few hours or so with a mix of different devices in use, and then not, on your network?

I’m running the 92u at another location right now. I’ve also sent logs to support three times but so far no response from them. I did install the latest firmware and did a reset.
I didn’t use smart connect, set up three seperate networks and didn’t use MLO. No VPN either. So far it’s been good, no dropouts, no CPU core spikes or flakiness for almost a day. I’ll check the logs tomorrow and see what they show.

Did you do a standard or hard reset? Is 92u a good router with the latest firmware? I'm deciding whether I should get 92u or 86u. I can get 86u for around $200 USD

I did a hard reset after updating it. It’s been running for almost five days with no issues at all. But I’m not running any MLO or VLANs on it. Just three bands no smart connect. No wifi 7 on 2.4. WiFi 7 on 5 & 6.

I can also vouch for that firmware. It runs well. I don't use any of the extra Asus services, but I wouldn't on any other router either. Not using MLO because Win11 24H2 is a mess right now. The router on this firmware is stable for router and WiFi functionality.
