After switching from the dev branch back to the main, my ntpq out put is ....
Code:
:/tmp/home/root# ntpq -4 -c rv | grep jitter
mintc=3, offset=0.000000, frequency=0.000, sys_jitter=0.000000,
clk_jitter=0.000, clk_wander=0.000

/tmp/home/root# ntpq -pn
No association ID's returned

so my ntpd appears to be broken.

Mine looked like yours, but now it is gone. Skynet tab and spdmerlin were gone too, but both are back after a reboot. ntpmerlin didn't come back.

well for now I am uninstalling ntpmerlin as ntpq appears to no longer properly work.

I restarted it from amtm interface and it seems to be running for now. One thing I haven't tried yet is switching the config file from usb.

I still keep getting
Code:
RT-AX88U-C7C0:/tmp/home/root# ntpq -4 -c rv | grep jitter
mintc=3, offset=0.000000, frequency=0.000, sys_jitter=0.000000,
clk_jitter=0.000, clk_wander=0.000
RT-AX88U-C7C0:/tmp/home/root# ntpq -pn
No association ID's returned
RT-AX88U-C7C0:/tmp/home/root#
it was great while it worked.

good night.

mine says ntpd running, but when asked for stats it does not produce any stats. I am assuming that is why there is no graphs generated as well. there was a plethora of code changed between dev version and going back to Master, so there is no telling why stats do not populate. I uninstalled wiping everything, reinstalled with still the same issues. I switched to router ntp server for now.

here was some of the most recent logs

good night.
Are there any messages from ntpMerlin in syslog after a reboot?

What does your /jffs/scripts/services-start look like?

this is services-start
Code:
#!/bin/sh

/jffs/scripts/connmon startup & # connmon

/jffs/scripts/ntpmerlin startup & # ntpMerlin

/jffs/scripts/spdmerlin startup & # spdMerlin

/jffs/scripts/uiScribe startup # uiScribe

I had nothing specific in the logs that said ntpmerlin didnt run on time each time. I had to uninstall and reinstall three times to finally get it working. what got the stats and ntpq to finally detect ntpd was working was me running generate from the stat-page.

Hm, the cron job makes the same call so I'm not sure why that was needed.

Yup, I've missed a call on install. It should be fine after the 10mins though. I'll get a fix out shortly
yea at first i thought entware messed it up with their binaries :D because i followed your commit and couldn't find any flaws and i wasn't seeing any issues in the actual logs outputted by ntpmerlin.
