Yes. Login to the router using your browser. Click on Wireless under the Advanced Settings, then go to the Professional tab. You can disable WiFi 7 for both the 2.4 and 5 GHz radios there. Enable SSH in the Administration section of the router, then from macOS terminal use the ssh command to connect to the router’s IP, then once conected run the shell command uname -aI’ve no idea, not sure how to do that with an iPhone or Mac.
