Reset data did clear the log entries but still no data saved after 2+hours.No problem here. Make sure to choose yes on "Create or reset data files" in Tools --> Other Settings.

Apparently thats an ASUS issue. The stock version is the same way.I can't seem to disable b/g protection it the 2.4GHz wireless settings

Once again, I am limited by the availability of closed source components from Asus, so the builds there are the only models that I am able to compile at this time.
The area shown in your image is the lease time that your ISP is granting you... They run the DHCP server, so they dictate the lease times (and so there's no way for you to change it.)There is an option to change (set, increase) lease time? Or it is fixed to 1 hour?
I uploaded refreshed builds, should hopefully fix the issue with user defined DNS.
