I get it, but I do not have a external drive attached to the USB, but IPV6 is new for me here...Window PC's already run WSD. The question is can your PC discover the router using WSD instead of NetBIOS.

4 days and router share is available still. If I recall, the previous issue that was reported when I last attempted to update wsdd2 was that after a while wsd discovery would stop working. Please have a look after a few days to see if the router is still discovered.
I am hoping that a recent fix to wsdd2 would resolve this issue that had prevented me from updating it until now.
You also need to check that the discovery method is still WSD and not NetBIOS.4 days and router share is available still.
I don't seems to see how to add discovery method column in windows 11(OS Build 22631.3527) explorer? My router share is set for SMBv2 only. You also need to check that the discovery method is still WSD and not NetBIOS.
See RMerlin's post (#88) one page back. It is explained there.I don't seems to see how to add discovery method column in windows 11(OS Build 22631.3527) explorer? My router share is set for SMB2 only.
NVM found it, it is using WSD discovery. I have to sort it to group by discovery method.I don't seems to see how to add discovery method column in windows 11(OS Build 22631.3527) explorer? My router share is set for SMB2 only.
Edit: I found the selection to add discovery method but in this windows it doesn't show even if chosen. Any other way I can check?

Look at the lines before that. Something actively caused the WireGuard client to be stopped, otherwise there wouldn't be a log entry about it.388.7 beta,ax86u
log show:
Apr 26 09:19:00 lldpd[1713]: removal request for address of 11.6.0.2%32, but no knowledge of it
Apr 26 09:19:00 WireGuard: Stopping client 1.
388.6.2 is no problem.
OT: Did you deactivate NetBIOS at the W10 PC?Interesting, my W10 PC see W11 LapTop as WSD, but W11 see W10 as NetBIOS..?
NO!OT: Did you deactivate NetBIOS at the W10 PC?
Just because I'm curious, what about disabling netBIOS? Just for testing purposes of course.
